Racquell "Racqui" Perry
Racquell "Racqui" Perry is a licensed attorney with the Florida Bar Association and is the Program Associate for the Positive Pathways program at Educate Tomorrow. The Positive Pathways program of the Department of Children and Families is a program designed to support a statewide network of informed, empathetic and united action to help youth from foster care succeed in college. Racqui (pronounced Rocky) graduated Miami Northwestern Senior High where she played basketball and excelled academically. She graduated from FAMU with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a then from FAMU law school in 2015 with her Juris Doctorate. She started her work at Educate Tomorrow as a Graduate Fellow and later the Statewide Lead for the Keys to Independence Program through a contract with Embrace Families. Keys to Independence is a program funded by the Florida Department of Children and Families designed to remove obstacles for youth in foster care to obtain their drivers license.
