Melanie Emmons Damian is co-founder and partner at Damian & Valori, a Miami based law firm where she represents public and private companies and individuals in a variety of complex business and securities litigation and regularly serves as a Court-Appointed Receiver.  She is a founder of Educate Tomorrow and is dedicated to child advocacy and education.  She is also the current Chair of the SEED School of Miami a growth project of Educate Tomorrow that is Florida’s only public boarding school serving at-risk junior high and high school students.
