CEO and President
Mr. Mott holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Master of Business Administration, and finishing up studies of a Masters of Arts in Disaster Preparedness and Management, all from the great Florida International University. Mr. Mott stands on the belief that education is an important infrastructure of development. He is an advocate for child wellbeing, a lover of fun, and a proud product of foster care.
Mr. Mott currently serves as the CEO and President of Aqua Lucaya Water Park LTD., a water park in creation in The Bahamas. Along with his professional work, Mr. Mott volunteers as the Leader of the Citrus FCN Youth Advisory Council. This council provides a voice at the table for foster and adoptive youths, to reshape policies through the Community Based Care agency, and by extension the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF). In addition, he was appointed by DCF Secretary in 2020 to serve on the Independent Living Services Advisory Council. This council's function is to improve interagency policy and service coordination to better support older eligible foster youth in the successful transition to adulthood.
