Erika Lucas is the General Counsel for Mediapro.  Prior to her work at Mediapro Erika L. Lucas practiced in the area of corporate law for Baker & McKenzie and has experience representing public and private companies in various business and financial transactions. She is recognized as a “Rising Star” in Florida Super Lawyers.  

Erika counsels companies on general corporate matters and routinely prepares agreements and organizational documents. She represents clients in cross-border and domestic merger and acquisition transactions. Erika also represents investment and private fund advisors.
