Juliana Kollinger

Operations Manager

Juliana Kollinger is the Operations Manager at Educate Tomorrow, overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes that support our mission and strategic goals.  She also plays a key role in Human Resources, contributing to onboarding, best practices, benefits administration and staff development.

With over 20 years of experience in sales, project management and client services, Juliana brings a results-driven, detail-oriented, strategic approach to supporting cross-functional teams.  Her strong organizational and communication skills, combined with her passion for mission-driven work, also make her a key collaborator with Educate Tomorrow’s COO on special initiatives. These include projects at Field Academy and Field Workshop, as well as assisting in the planning and coordination of Educate Tomorrow’s Annual Gala and Silent Auction. 

Juliana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and International Business from Saint Louis University.  She resides in Miami with her husband and two sons, where she continues to nurture her passion for community engagement and service.
