Françoise is a devoted mother to an exceptionally talented daughter who is homeschooled and enrolled at Global Field Academy. As the parent of a teenage girl diagnosed with autism, she has been passionate about creating and finding inclusive environments where all children feel valued and supported. Her journey of raising a child with a disability has profoundly shaped her perspective and inspired her to become a mentor to other parents and caregivers

She brings experience and compassion to her role as a Success Coach at Educate Tomorrow, where she empowers individuals to unlock their full potential through encouragement, personalized guidance, and practical strategies for personal and academic success. Prior to this, she served as a Program Coordinator for a non-profit organization, where she helped individuals achieve their goals and access meaningful support systems.

Françoise has a diverse academic background. She studied medicine in Haiti, holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from MDC, a Bachelor’s in Management and Marketing from FAU, and has earned both a Master’s and Ph.D. in Integrative Medicine. She has a deep understanding of the connection between energy, vibration, and frequency, and incorporates biofeedback as a tool for achieving balance and well-being.                                                                                                                                                                      In addition, she is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)and a graduate of Partners in Policymaking, a respected leadership and advocacy program that equips individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to become leaders and change agents in their communities.
