Varzi Jean Baptiste

Program Director and Success Coach

Varzi is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. She is highly skilled in Program Evaluation, Grant Writing/Management, and Program Development. She leads the Post-Secondary Education Success Team at Educate Tomorrow, supporting youth impacted by foster care and homelessness to achieve their goals through mentorship, coaching, life-skills development, and scholarships. She has authored several research publications and holds numerous professional development certifications. Varzi serves Educate Tomorrow in a role of program director of a contract with The Children's Trust that helps to provide systems involved youth and families with success coaching and family stabilization with a number of community partners.

In her own words, her greatest accomplishment to date; is “Being a mom!” She is the proud parent of twin young adult black males, who has and always been her ‘north star’; her inspiration in everything that she does both personally and professionally. Most recently, Varzi was selected as a rising leader and attended the 2020 American Express Leadership Academy at Thunderbird Executive Education.
