The Girl's Leadership Project will work in cooperation with nine other women to advance the leadership skills of young women through discussions, curriculum development, and community involvement.  The GLP meet once a month to discuss various topics related to leadership and plan activities that help young women acquire the tools they need to become ethical leaders.  At the end of the project year, the girls will have developed a curriculum in which can be implemented with other young women from our community.

GLP has a diverse range of women involved, bringing their own unique perspectives and contribution to the project.  There will be several activities throughout the year, ultimately, giving each girl a unique experience allowing them to make a unique contribution.  With no specific itinerary of events other than the Young Women's Ethical Leadership Retreat in New York, the participants will guide this project, as the idea is to "develop" definitions of leadership.
